NOTICE TO THE BIDDERS:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The New York Racing Association, Inc. (“NYRA”) is requesting proposals from Turf Seed providers to furnish up to 20,000lbs of grass seed, as per specifications for delivery to the Saratoga Racetrack located at 267 Union Ave, Saratoga Springs, NY. The Term of any agreement entered into as a result of this solicitation shall be until December 31, 2022, to be renewed at NYRA’s sole discretion for two (2) additional terms of one (1) year separately (the "Term").
Proposals will be received by the Director of Procurement at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, So. Ozone Park, NY 11417, not later than 2 PM, prevailing time, on October 21, 2022.
