RFQ# 2022-0118 - VITEC IPTV Solution

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN:  The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) is soliciting bidders to provide pricing to furnish and provide a VITECT IPTV and Digital Signage solution consisting of hardware and software known as VITEC’s EZ TV solution for the quantities and model specifications as listed herein in Appendix A. Bidders must be an authorized reseller of VITEC’s EZ TV system. . Contract term shall be from date of bidder’s fully executed agreement and expire upon 3/31/2026 with NYRA having the option to renew for two (2) additional terms of (1) year. Proposals will be received by the Director of Procurement at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, Jamaica, NY 11417, not later than 3:00 p.m., prevailing time, on November 11,2022. Complete details and specifications relating to the proposed work are available and can be downloaded from the Empire State Purchasing Group Website: https://www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york/nyra
Bids will be accepted  electronically, prospective bidders have the opportunity to submit their bids via the following website: https://www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york/nyra (Empire State Purchasing Group). In addition vendors / contractors have the option of submitting the bids manually to the above referenced address. It is the bidder’s responsibility to submit their bids on time.
