NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The New York Racing Association, Inc. (“NYRA”) seeks the services of qualified Vertical Transportation Consulting firms with expertise in all areas of existing in place and new vertical transportation design, construction, modification, service, and maintenance at NYRA’s three (3) thoroughbred racetracks: Aqueduct Racetrack, S. Ozone Park, NY, Belmont Park Racetrack, Elmont, NY, and Saratoga Race Course, Saratoga Springs, NY. Proposals will be received by the Procurement Operations Supervisor at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, S. Ozone Park, NY 11417, not later than 2:00 p.m., prevailing time, on Thursday, August 31st. Bids will be accepted electronically, prospective bidders have the opportunity to submit their bids via the following website: https://www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york/nyra (Empire State Purchasing Group). In addition vendors / contractors have the option of submitting the bids manually to the above referenced address. It is the bidder’s responsibility to submit their bids on time.
