NOTICE TO THE BIDDERS:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: The New York Racing Association, Inc. (NYRA) is soliciting quotations for the provision of waste removal services at Saratoga Race Course, located at 267 Union Ave, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866. The term of the agreement entered into as a result of this RFQ will be for a two (2) year contract with two (2) one-year optional renewals at NYRA’s sole discretion.

Proposals will be received by the Procurement Operations Supervisor at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd, Suite 1, Ozone Park, NY 11417, no later than 2 PM, prevailing time, on December 1, 2023. Complete details and specifications relating to the proposed work are available and can be downloaded from the Empire State Purchasing Group Website: https://www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york/nyra

Bids will be accepted electronically; prospective bidders have the opportunity to submit their bids via the following website: https://www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york/nyra (Empire State Purchasing Group). In addition, manual bids will be accepted at the above-referenced address.
