Summary of Specifications:
Onondaga County is seeking bids to provide the aerial application of the pesticide Kontrol 30-30, Scourge 18/54, or Anvil 10+10. The primary target is the Cicero Swamp and immediate surrounding areas (approx. 12,000 acres), with exact areas being delineated near the time of application. Targeted areas could include swamp and marsh wetlands, woodlands, residential areas and high public use areas such as local and county parks in northern Onondaga County. The minimum area to be treated is 2,400 acres with additional areas up to 16,000 acres (may be non-contiguous areas).
