Provide Preventive and Emergency Maintenance and Services for the County’s Primary and Secondary 911 Communications Consoles and Components as specified below.

The Onondaga County Interoperable Communications System (OCICS) is a public safety communications system serving Fire, Police and EMS services throughout the County of Onondaga. Thus, the service as described throughout this document is considered to be critical in nature. Service shall be provided as such on a 24-hour, 7-day a week basis by only those trained technicians as specified by the vendor in their response.
