Summary of Specifications:
Provide Floatable Debris Maintenance Service with the use of a trash skimmer vessel to collect, remove and dispose of buoyant and semi-buoyant debris from the designated work area. Debris to be collected may include: sanitary material, trash, litter, furniture, balls, bottles, syringes, Styrofoam, leaves, branches, trees, dead animals, etc. Contractor’s service shall also include collection of debris from immediate shore areas in the harbor and in, around and behind the docking facilities in the inner harbor.
