NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that the County of Ontario will receive Proposals for Auditing Services for Finger Lakes Community College (the College) (R24057). Such proposals must be filed with the Ontario County Purchasing Director, 20 Ontario Street, Canandaigua, New York 14424, on or before 4:00 PM prevailing time, June 21, 2024.
All questions pertaining to this RFP must be forwarded in writing to the Director of Purchasing at the address shown above.
The College reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.

Overview
Finger Lakes Community College (FLCC) is soliciting requests for proposals (RFP) from licensed certified public accountant firms to audit its financial statements and Federal Single Audit, for the fiscal years ending August 31, 2024, August 31, 2025, and August 31, 2026 with the option of extending the contract for the subsequent two (2) fiscal years. These audits are to be performed in accordance with the provisions included in this request for proposal.
These audits are to be performed in accordance with auditing standards accepted in the United States of America and the standards applicable to financial audits contained in Government Auditing Standards, issued by the Comptroller General of the United States; the audit requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance); the U.S. Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Compliance Supplement;
