NOTICE TO BIDDERS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the County of Ontario will receive sealed bids for County Road 33 Reconstruction, Part 1: Sta. 0+00 to 92+50 (B15017). Such sealed bids must be filed with the Ontario County Purchasing Director, 20 Ontario Street, Canandaigua, New York 14424, PRIOR TO 3:00 PM prevailing time, Wednesday, March 18, 2015. There will be a pre-bid meeting held on Monday, March 9, 2015 at 9:30 AM. Said meeting will be held at Ontario County Department of Public Works Conference Room, 2962 County Road 48, Canandaigua, New York 14424. All interested parties are strongly urged to attend. Bid forms, Drawings, and Specifications may be obtained at the office of the Ontario County Purchasing Director at the above mentioned address only (Telephone: (585) 396-4442) for a refundable deposit of $50.00 for the first set only (U.S. FUNDS). Cross Section will be provided in digital form (PDF files) only. Bidders requesting additional sets of documents must submit a separate non-refundable check for $50.00 per each additional set of documents. Checks shall be made payable to the Ontario County Treasurer. No bidder shall receive documents prior to receipt of a deposit by Purchasing Department. Bidders requesting arrangements other than U.S. Mail shall be responsible for making such arrangements and all associated costs. Each bid shall include Bid security in the amount of five (5%) percent of the total bid offered by the bidder. Said bid security shall be in the form of a certified check, bond, or irrevocable line of credit and is required to be included with the bid submittal.
