NOTICE TO BIDDERS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that Ontario County will receive sealed bids for HVAC Upgrade & Boiler Room Drainage for Finger Lakes Community College (B14034). Such sealed bids must be filed with the Ontario County Purchasing Director, 20 Ontario Street, Canandaigua, New York 14424, PRIOR TO 3:00 PM prevailing time, Wednesday, September 24, 2014. There will be a prebid meeting held Wednesday, September 10, 2014 at 10:30 AM. Said meeting will be held at the Finger Lakes Community College, Boiler Room B125. All interested parties are strongly urged to attend. Each bid shall include a bid bond in the amount of 5 % of the total bid offered by the vendor and shall be in the form of a certified check, bond or irrevocable line of credit Bid forms and specifications may be obtained at the office of the Ontario County Purchasing Director at the above mentioned address (Telephone: 585-396-4442) for a refundable deposit of $50 (U.S. FUNDS). Checks shall be made payable to the Ontario County Treasurer. No vendor shall receive specifications prior to receipt of a deposit by the Purchasing Department.
