NOTICE TO BIDDERS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that Ontario County will receive sealed bids for Lincoln Hill Road Water Main Relocation (B15002). Such sealed bids must be filed with the Ontario County Purchasing Director, 20 Ontario Street, Canandaigua, New York 14424, PRIOR TO 3:00 PM prevailing time, Wednesday, January 14, 2015 There will be a prebid meeting held Monday, January 5, 2015 at 10:30 AM. Said meeting will be held at the Ontario County Department of Public Works Conference Room, 2962 County Road 48, Canandaigua, NY 14424. All interested parties are strongly urged to attend. Each bid shall include a bid bond in the amount of 5 % of the total bid offered by the vendor and shall be in the form of a certified check, bond or irrevocable line of credit Bid forms and specifications may be obtained at the office of the Ontario County Purchasing Director at the above mentioned address (Telephone: 585-396-4442) for a refundable deposit of $50 (U.S. FUNDS). Checks shall be made payable to the Ontario County Treasurer. No vendor shall receive specifications prior to receipt of a deposit by the Purchasing Department.
