B15100 - Main Stair Improvements @ FLCC Main Campus

Summary of Specifications:
There is a $100 refundable fee for obtaining the bid documents. The Work includes, but is not limited to, the removal of existing aluminum frames, existing floor tile and removal of asbestos containing floor tile and mastic, removal of existing gypsum wall board partitions, the construction of gypsum wall board partitions and soffits, the installation of new hollow metal doors and frames at the elevator opening, the reinstallation of existing hollow metal doors in new frames and the firestopping of existing openings. The work also includes the relocation of miscellaneous electrical and fire alarm devices to accomplish the work. Modifications to the existing ceiling and wall systems and new paint finishes are included. Refer to the drawings for specific work.
