This is a Request for Quote, not a formal bid. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the County of Ontario will receive quotations (Q15010) Maintenance and Repair of Chillers and Precision Cooling Systems for Finger Lakes Community College. Such quotations must be filed with the Ontario County Purchasing Director, 20 Ontario Street, Canandaigua, New York 14424, on or before 4:00 PM prevailing time, Tuesday, January 6, 2015. There will be a prebid meeting held Tuesday, December 23, 2014 at 10:30 AM. Said meeting will be held at the Finger Lakes Community College Marvin Sands Drive, Canandaigua NY, 14424. Vendors are to meet in the lobby of the Student Services Center on the Campus. All interested parties are strongly urged to attend. This may be the only opportunity to view all the sites. All questions pertaining to this quotation shall be forwarded in writing to the Director of Purchasing at the address shown above.
