B21001 - Maintenance and Repair of Chillers

Ontario County is requesting sealed bids to set up a contract for the annual inspection, start-up, and maintenance of both air and water-cooled chillers together with any repair services required.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

1.  Annual inspection, start-up and maintenance of the chillers will occur in early spring.
2. The contractor shall provide service reports after each visit detailing exactly what services were performed. Report must be reviewed and signed by the appropriate County personnel before contractor departs from job site.
3. Contractor must be able to provide emergency services on a 24 hour, 365 day a year basis.
4. Contractor must be able to respond to emergency service call-ins within two (2) hours of notification by County personnel.
5. Contractor shall only respond to service calls from designated authorized personnel. Any work which will result in premium wages or other costs must be specifically detailed prior to the incurrence of such costs, and specific approval granted by designated personnel.
6. Upon completion of any work required in this specification, the contractor shall return all space disrupted by the work to a neat and clean condition
