Project Scope
 
The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the
following:
1. Renovations to Buildings #2 and #5 of the Ontario County DPW & Sheriff’s
Storage facility at 212 Saltonstall Street, Canandaigua, New York, including
hazardous materials removal, selective demolition, structural, and electrical work.
Type of Contract:
Project will be constructed under a single prime contract.
CONSTRUCTION SCHEDULE
The Work will start on or about July 10, 2020 and shall be Substantially Complete by
November 30, 2020.
