Orange County Community College (OCCC) is accepting sealed proposals to audit the Financial Statements of the College and the Single Audit of Federal Awards. The audit services will be for a four-year period covering the fiscal years ending August 31, 2016 through August 31, 2020 with two additional single year extensions at the sole option of the College. Additional work necessary for Fiscal Year (FY) 2016 -2017 is a Closeout Audit for the Federal Perkins Loan Program. Auditors need to be on site October 2017.
All proposals shall include: A signed letter of transmittal to briefly state the proposer’s understanding of the work to be done, the commitment to perform the work within the time period, a statement why the firm believes itself to be the best qualified and a statement that the proposal is a firm and irrevocable offer for the time frame indicated. Submit ONE (1) UNBOUND, SIGNED IN ORIGINAL INK, ORIGINAL plus eight (8) UNBOUND copies and one copy in an electronic format. DO NOT SUBMIT THE COST IN THE COPIES, ONLY SUBMIT COST IN THE ORIGINAL in a sealed envelope.
