ITB-OCCC-2017-62 - Ceiling Mounted Radiographic Suite

Orange County Community College (OCCC or the “College”) is requesting bids to purchase ONE (1) new, unused Carestream (or equal brand) radiology machine and equipment as listed within these specifications, see Attachment “A”.  Details of the equipment not explicitly stated in these specifications but necessarily required thereto are deemed to be understood by the Bidder and included herein.  Installation must occur between mid-December to early January.

Bid price must include proper removal of old equipment as per Environmental Protection Agency criteria.  An on-site structural engineer and software specialist must be present before, during and after installment of equipment to assist with structural-related issues and software installation.  Ceiling mount: Overhead steel will remain and equipment will attach to the existing tracks at no charge to the College.  Structural engineer may need support beams and that will be included in the price.
