Orange County Community College (OCCC) aka SUNY Orange is requesting bids from contractors to service Absorption and Magnetic Bearing Centrifugal Chillers: annual inspections, operational inspections, tube services (condensed and evaporator) and preventative maintenance for the equipment listed in the Bid Pricing Sheet.
