Summary of Specifications:
It is the intent and purpose of this Contract Award to establish a 36-month closed end lease contract to provide for the lease of three (3) Latest Model New Vehicles for use by Orange County Community College. The monthly price is based on a firm fixed thirty-six (36) month lease FOB any point in Orange County, New York. Price includes all duties, taxes, charges, vehicle preparation, inspection, etc.
2017 Ford Fusion Sedan “S”, 4-Door, Oxford White exterior, Dark Gray Cloth Interior, 1.5 liter eco boost 4 cylinder, Front Wheel drive. The College acknowledges that no two manufacturers design and manufacture equipment in an identical manner. The College also acknowledges that there may be equivalent products available in terms of overall performance that are designed and manufactured differently than the equipment detailed in these specifications.
At any time during this procurement up to October 11, 2016 at 5PM, Offerors may request, in writing, a clarification or interpretation of any aspect or a chance to change any requirement of the solicitation or any addenda to the solicitation.
