RFI-OCCC-2021-10.1 - Dry Storage for Furniture

The College is interested in finding DRY storage solutions available to store furniture.  For instance, is there a temporary building or semi-trailer (approx. 50 ft.) that can be placed on College grounds?  Do you have dry space to store the furniture?  Please send your Information to Renee’ Arnold, Procurement Coordinator at: purchasing@sunyorange.edu. Any and all solutions may be considered.
A response to this RFI does not guarantee a contract will follow, this inquiry is for informational purposes only. The College will consider various terms, possibly six months with the option to cancel with a 30-day notice.  A Bid Security in the amount of10% of the cost in the form of a certified check would be required, the College will retain the check if the storage is not dry and damage(s) occur.
