Description

Summary of Specifications:
Orange County Community College (OCCC) is requesting bids from contractors to perform elevator / lift preventative maintenance and repair for the equipment listed in the Bid Pricing Sheet.

The cost of all parts and labor required for the performance of these specifications shall be included in the bid price.

This contract is to be all inclusive (parts and labor) as specified. No exclusions shall be permitted to the scope of work specified after the contract is awarded. Any bidder who is in doubt as to the interpretation of any part of these specifications shall contact the Purchasing Coordinator in writing for an interpretation, thereof. This shall be submitted in writing by fax: 845-344-2250 or Email: renee.arnold@sunyorange.edu by June 12, 2015.

Any interpretation or change to the proposed bid documents resulting from the above will be made only by an addendum which will be issued to all bidders.
