Slats are to be fitted with continuous nylon endlocks and bottom bar to interlock with bottom slat, allowing insulation to be full depth of curtain (the heavy side to the gym-22gauge). Guides to be composed of steel angles or channel min. 3/16" thick, groove for curtain with continuous wall angle. Door to be face of wall mounted. Guide surface lined with replaceable vinyl weatherstrip sealingagainst flat outer face of door curtain.Bottom bar equipped with vinyl astragal, extending fully into guides for complete seal. Hood equipped with neoprene/rayon baffle, extending full width of door, restricing flow of air over coil area. Hood construction of 24-gauge steel, formed to fit contour of brackets and securely attached. Lintel brush seal at header. MGH Motor - 1/2hp, 110 volts, 1 phase - Left Hand Side. Rotary limit switchess to control open and close travel. Solenoid operated brake, heavy duty contactor, overload protection, Reduction system consisting of worm gears running in oil bath. Floor operated emergency disconnect. Auxiliary chain hoist. (1) open/close/stop station - inside (1) key switch - outside, safety edge to reverse. All low voltage wiring by awarded vendor. Include removal and disposal of old door. Cornell Thermiser or equal, the equal is to be determined by the Maintenance Office. The College may reject any and all quotes.
