Summary of Specifications:
Walk through on June 16, 2015 at 10:00 A.M.
The bid shall include four (4) contracts which will include all work to complete the project. The project is to include converting laboratory space and lecture hall into office space, employee break room and a conference room.

Copies of Bid Documents may be obtained by contacting Mr. Brennen.
Cost for plans is $50 per set by certified check or money order, non-refundable. Send a separate certified check or money order for $50.00 to receive plans by mail. Payments made payable to Orange County Community College. Partial sets will not be issued. Bid security in the amount of 10% must accompany each bid. Performance Bond and Payment bonds in amounts equal to 100% of Contract.
