Summary of Specifications:
1.1. Orange County Community College (OCCC) is requesting bids from contractors to perform annual maintenance of the HVAC systems at the Tower and Kaplan buildings, Newburgh Campus, Newburgh, New York for equipment listed within. The goal is to maintain equipment to preserve the longevity of the equipment. 1.2. This is a full service contract. For the purposes of this contract, full service shall mean the bidder’s bid price includes, but is not necessarily limited to: all labor, all material and supplies, all emergency work and special requests; all administrative reporting or other requirements; all overhead costs and profit. The bid price shall also include all travel costs, parking fees and any other ancillary fees and costs including permits, licenses, insurance, etc. Details of service not explicitly stated in these specifications, but necessarily attendant is deemed understood by the bidder and included herein. Exception: Filters to be supplied by the Owner and installed by the vendor; except at the Tower Building, 88 McQuade Heat Pump filters will be supplied by the vendor.
