Chiller Equipment:Annual Winter Maintenance – cleaning and inspection of system
Annual Analysis Service – various diagnostic tests and reporting with interpretation and recommendations

Chillers and HVAC:Scheduled Running Inspections – Three on Absorption Chillers & Water Cooled Chiller during cooling season; Quarterly for Package and Split HVAC
Written Reports – Written Reports of findings upon completion of each visit

Absorption Equipment: Annual Operator Training – Training of building engineers/operators on equipment covered; submit certifications to the Maintenance Office. With additional services as described in the quote.
