Summary of Specifications:
Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 PM on Thursday, MARCH 19, 2015, by Orange County Community College, 115 South St, Middletown, NY 10940, in Orange Hall, Room 220, at which time they will be publicly opened. It is the responsibility of prospective bidders to insure bids are delivered to this location.
Walk through on March 5, 2015 at 9:00 A.M.

Copies of Bid Documents may be obtained by contacting Mr. Brennen. Cost for plans is $50 per set by certified check or money order, non-refundable. Send a separate certified check or money order for $50.00 to receive plans by mail. Payments made payable to Orange County Community College. Partial sets will not be issued.
