ITB-OCCC-2022-11 - Orange Hall Door Replacement

Base Bid includes doors as per plan and specifications and a $30,000.00 DAY Automation to install the access door controls.  Successful bidder to coordinate with Day Automation.  Project includes replacement of door at Orange Hall as per plan and specifications. List of doors to be included in the contract:  Bank of 3 doors - lower level penthouse (A) on plans; Bank of 4 doors - upper level penthouse (C) on plans; Loading dock; Door 1 - (B) on plans - access control only; Door 2 (B) on plans - replace doors with swipe card access; Door 3 (B) on plans - nothing to be done; and Door 4 (B) on plan - access control only.
