ITB-OCCC-2022-33 - Orange Hall Door Replacement

Multiple door projects, please see the plans and specifications.  Bid Security 10%.  Bid must include a mandatory allocation for Day Automation for Access door controls and installation: $30,000.00.

The Bid shall include all labor, materials, and equipment. All bid envelopes must be marked with the BIDDER NAME, Bid Number, Bid Title and Opening Date & Time. Mail bids or deliver in person (see below).

Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Purchasing Department, Orange Hall 203 at Orange County Community College, GPS: 22 Grandview Avenue, Middletown, New York.  To enter Orange Hall, park in Lot 1 off Grandview (not Facilities).  Enter the building through the brown door on the far right, go up four (4) flights of stairs and you enter the Business Office.  Purchasing is to your left in the room with the three windows.
