RFQ-OCCC-2017-25 - Sandbox Cover

Please provide an all-inclusive price for a new sandbox cover as depicted herein for the SUNY Orange Morrison Lab School.  The budget for the project may not exceed $1,800.00.  Include all costs related to deliver the product, including shipping and handling, FOB Destination.  Quote awarded in whole to the lowest, most responsive and responsible bidder.  Sand box cover:  a. Provide a permeable, UV resistant fabric cover with reinforced sewn in edge band and a rot-resistant thread; b.  Custom fabricate cover to snugly fit shape and size of sandbox; c.  Field verify final dimensions and shape of sandbox prior to fabrication; d.  Color – to be chosen from manufacturer’s standard colors; e.  Provide SS grommeted hardware attachment points 3’ – 0” OC (21 total);  f.  Provide SS swivel snap hooks at hardware attachment points to fit recessed SS anchors on concrete curb.
