It is the intent of this specification to describe the minimum requirements for providing Cafeteria Supplies, including, but not limited to the following: Styrofoam plates, bowls, cups, laminated plates, plastic soufflé cups and lids, Cutlery, Straws, Paper Plates, Trays, Napkins, Catering Items, Gloves, Plastic Wrap and Wax Bags to the Orange-Ulster BOCES and its cooperative school districts.
