The objectives of the asset inventory and appraisal services RFP is to select a firm or individual to
perform the following services:
1. Perform a full physical inventory inspection of all of CiTi’s current assets.
2. Provide values appropriate for insurance and property control purposes.
3. Provide values and depreciation amounts required for financial reporting purposes in
compliance with Governmental Accounting Standards Board' s (GASB) Statement # 34.
