Oswego County is seeking proposals from qualified engineering firms regarding shoreline stabilization work at Camp Hollis caused by recent high-water levels on Lake Ontario. The selected firm will act as Project Manager and in using the attached documents (Schedule A) will provide the following services as they relate to the project:

SEQR & all necessary permitting for the projects
Engineering & Design services from bid review up to and including as-built documents
All project managament duties including any MWBE reporting
