Summary of Specifications:
The Port Chester-Rye Union Free School District requests from full service financial institutions to submit proposals for the provision of banking services from July 1, 2009 to June 30, 2014. Firms interested in submitting a proposal must, by 2:00 p.m. on May 29, 2009, submit a “Notification of Interest” Form (Appendix A). Failure to submit this notification by the required deadline will automatically disqualify firms from submitting a proposal. An optional pre-proposal conference for all the firms interested in submitting a proposal will be held on 11:00 a.m. on June 03, 2009 at the Port Chester-Rye Union Free School District, Business Office, 113 Bowman Avenue, Port Chester, NY 10573 914-934-7905.
