Bid proposals must be received by April 13, 2021 at 3:30 PM. by mail or in person, at the Port Chester-Rye Union Free School District, 113 Bowman Avenue, Port Chester, New York 10573, at which time they shall be publicly opened and read aloud electronically, via live stream, in the Middle School Auditorium.

Starting March 22, 2021, One set of Bid documents, in PDF format, can be obtained by Bidders, Sub-Contractors and Suppliers for no cost by submitting the request by emailing Sherry George, Purchasing Agent, sgeorge@pcrufsd.org. The request must include requester’s full name, name of the company and contact information. If shipping is required bidder shall furnish the school district a UPS account number.
