Summary of Specifications:
Putnam County is seeking proposals form qualified vendors for the purchase or lease of Public Transportation Scheduling, Routing, and System Management Software. The Software will be used to manage Putnam Area Rapid Transit (PART) Putnam Moves, including fixed routes, flex routes, Para Transit, Veterans, Pre-kindergarten and Early Intervention. The County will also be considering similar software packages for its Office for Senior Resources and Automatic Vehicle Location systems for all other County vehicles.
