RFB-26-24 - Repair, Replacement & Supply of Guiderail (FEMA & ARPA Compliant)

The objective of this bid is to establish a contract between the County and one Contractor to supply all labor, material, equipment and machinery required to repair/replace, raise or install new guide railing and posts at various locations throughout Putnam County.
Contractors are required to submit pricing for:
 Section 1 – Repair and installation of Guide Rail/Material Supply Purchase
 Section 2 – Guide Rail Material and Accessories Supplies
The contract will also establish prices for guide rail materials and hardware to be purchased by the County. The Contract has indefinite quantities called for indefinite delivery times during the Contract period. Although no work is necessarily guaranteed, upon receipt of a Purchase Order, the Contractor will be required to perform the work specified in this bid at the location(s) and in the quantities and types shown on the purchase order. Required guide rail materials and hardware for installation will be supplied by the County.
