Rensselaer County requires the awarded Vendor providing the service to be within a 30-mile radius of the Main County Office Facility located at 1600 Seventh Avenue, Troy, New York 12180 or that the awarded Vendor has a site location within a 30-mile radius of the Main County Office Facility located at 1600 Seventh Avenue, Troy, New York 12180. The name, location, contact person and phone number of this service facility must be clearly identified on the Official Bid Form. A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 25, 2022, at the Rensselaer County Highway Department Main Garage located at 124 Bloomingrove Drive, Troy, New York 12180.  Any Bidder that has submitted a bid and did not attend the Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will not be considered for this contract.
