Description

The Rensselaer County Highway Department Intends to Purchase a 8" High Class Paver (2014 or Newer, 2000 Hours or Less). The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder meeting Rensselaer County specifications. Rensselaer County reserves the right to reject any and all bids received and re-bid, if necessary, when it appears to be in the County’s best interest. Upon notification of award and issuance of the Rensselaer County Purchase Order, the equipment shall be delivered to the Highway Department within thirty (30) days. Total Bid Price shall include all transportation costs incurred on delivery to Highway Department and warranty.
