Description

PURPOSE
The Rochester City School District (hereinafter “RCSD” or “District”) is seeking Proposals for actuarial services to provide an annual estimate of the liability requirements and other standard data necessary for financial statement reporting and note disclosures related to the District’s self-insured Health Insurance program. These actuarial estimates and related data will be utilized in the financial statements for the fiscal years ending June 30, 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026 and 2027 and in accordance with all applicable Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Government Accounting Standards Board (GASB) requirements.
