TFS-041019-0028 - Electronic Scanning and Scoring Services for the NYS ELA and Math Elementary/Mid

Vendor is to work within the District’s and the State’s timelines.
 
Vendor is required to have both scanning services and scoring software services.
 
Vendor is required to have knowledge and experience with using NYSED scoring Platform for Computer Based Software.
 
Following scoring, vendor will return an electronic data file with a single record per student per test.  The student record will contain the raw scores for all constructed-response items and a unique student identifier. 
File format and specifications set forth by NYS Office of State Assessment and RCSD are to be finalized during planning.  A data file of scores, by student, by grade, and by school, must be provided to RCSD within 24 hours of the completion of scoring.  Completed data files must be provided within a minimum of five (5) business days prior to the state-reporting deadline.  Vendor will provide a timeline for data file delivery at the outset of scoring and will provide daily updates regarding progress.
Vendor is required to provide digital images of all student exam booklets sent to scanning of the student work captured for each school.  Delivery of such images is expected to be within two weeks of the completion of scoring and final verification process.
