Description

Summary of Specifications:
The Rochester City School District (RCSD) is seeking Proposals for Full Day Universal Pre-Kindergarten. RCSD will award up to 678 full-day seats. The District will contract with awarded agencies for an all-inclusive flat-rate not to exceed $8,707 for full day programs. The flat rate provides for all expenses including any program transportation the agency might choose to include within their plan. Transportation is not a requirement for Universal Pre-Kindergarten programs although it is encouraged. Agencies will be reimbursed for their approved actual expenses to deliver the Priority Full Day UPK program within budget guidelines up to the maximum flat rate per child.
