RFP-092111 - Online Student Registration System

Summary of Specifications:
The Rochester City School District (“RCSD” or the “District”) is soliciting proposals from vendors to provide an online student registration system to interface with the District’s current Chancery SMS (Student Management System). The Proposal shall include software and licensing, installation, training, equipment and or equipment requirements (if applicable) and maintenance and support services. The system shall provide for appropriate and complimentary query, reporting, and decision support tools. The District is also requiring comprehensive user and technical training on the system as well as ongoing technical support and maintenance. The system shall be available in English and also provide the ability for our Spanish-speaking students and parents to fully utilize it.
