Description

PURPOSE
The Rochester City School District (hereinafter “RCSD” or “District”) is seeking Proposals to provide student transportation services. The purpose of this bid is to establish prices for the Transportation for Children in Grades PreK-12 requiring services under the McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act (McKinney-Vento Act), which is designed to address the needs of homeless children and youths and ensure educational rights and protections. Students are entitled to transportation to and from the school up to 50 miles each way.
