TFS-02012019-0001 - Unemployment Third Party Administrative Services

The Consultant shall assist District personnel with the management of the self-insured unemployment insurance expenses.  This includes a comprehensive service and focus on reducing the District’s liability exposure relative to unnecessary charges.  The Consultant shall provide a minimum of twelve (12) months of services and the hours for services shall vary during this Agreement.  The Consultant shall prepare a detailed invoice to the District for sevices performed.  The District’s obligation to pay for services shall be limited to the actual work performed hereunder which may be less than, but may not exceed the funds encumbered by the District.  Travel and all other expenses shall be the Consultant’s sole responsibility.
