Summary of Specifications:
The Rochester City School District (RCSD) is seeking Proposals that will allow Rochester City School District to develop interactive online courses. The purpose of this request is to acquire online course content that will be Rochester City School District branded and Rochester City School District owned. Rochester City School District will have outright ownership to the course content and may distribute, resell or make available licenses for any student within NYS. Rochester City School District intends to amend the vendor content by tailoring and adding resources that will enhance the user experience and provide additional instructional tools to teachers as part of The Rochester Instructional Framework.
