RFB-PF-03-16 - Demolition of Amphitheater and Plaza Restoration

Summary of Specifications:
The Amphitheater Demolition & Plaza Restoration project includes the demolition of the existing concrete amphitheater. The contractor will be responsible to remove and dispose all mechanical and electrical equipment, partitions, and lights within the lower rooms of the structure. Extent of the demolition will be in accordance with the plans and specifications. The below grade area will be back filled in accordance with the plans. The Contractor will be responsible for Asbestos Cement Material removal as shown in the plans and specifications. The Plaza restoration includes, but is not limited to, the construction of a new retaining wall, entrance to the existing building, railings, steps and ramps, concrete sidewalk, relocation of pedestrian lights, pavement repair, sediment control and top soil seed and mulch of all lawn areas. All work shall be in accordance with the plans and specifications
