Summary of Specifications:
The objective of this Request for Proposal is to provide design/build teams the opportunity to submit proposals for design/build services conforming to the Owner’s objectives and design criteria for a fully completed project, ready for occupancy, on a “turnkey” basis. The Owner requires a guaranteed maximum price as part of this agreement.
