NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The Board of Education of the Rye Neck School District (Hereinafter referred to as the “school district”) hereby invites the submission of sealed proposals for supplying
Rye Neck Athletic Concession Stand and Press Box Roofing and Repair Work. Forms for proposal, certification, conditions, specifications and Bid documents may be obtained at the Rye Neck UFSD Business Office located at 310 Hornidge Road, Mamaroneck, NY 10543 or on www.Bidnetdirect.com.
In all cases, it must be understood that the conditions and specifications of the Rye Neck UFSD shall apply. Sealed proposals must be marked “Rye Neck Athletic Concession Stand and Press Box Roofing and Repair Work”, and will be received until 10:00AM on Thursday, May 19, 2022 at the Rye Neck UFSD Business Office located at 310 Hornidge Road, Mamaroneck, NY 10543, at which time and place all proposals will be publicly opened and read. All Bids should be addressed to Ms. Carolyn Mahar, Assistant Superintendent for Business.
The Board of Education reserves the right to consider financial responsibility, experience, service and reputation of the Bidding firms, as well as the specific qualification of the prospective Bidder that may be set out herein, in considering proposals and awarding the contract. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
