NOTICE TO BIDDERS - REBID
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that sealed Bids, in duplicate, are sought and requested by the Board of
Education, Rye Neck Union Free School District (hereinafter called "Owner"), for the following Project:
1) Combined Bid for the Additions and Alterations to: Rye Neck Athletic Facility Project C and Rye
Neck Middle/High School – Project D.
Bids are requested for the separate Prime Contracts for
General Work Mechanical Work Electric Work Plumbing Work
in accordance with the Drawings, Project Manual (including Conditions of the Contract and Specifications), and other Bidding and Contract Documents prepared by:

A Pre-Bid Walk Through for potential Bidders and other interested parties will be held on
Thursday, December 5, 2019 at 2:30 p.m. at the Rye Neck High School, 300 Hornidge Road, Mamaroneck, New York
10543. Meet at the High School Main entrance. Contact the Construction Manager Savin Engineers (914-769-
3200) prior to showing up.
Sealed Bids will be received by the Owner until
Tuesday, December 17, 2019 at 4:00 p.m., local time, at the Rye Neck District Administration building, Rye Neck Union Free School District, at which time and place Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud.
For the convenience of potential Bidders and other interested parties,
the Bidding Documents will be available beginning December 2, 2019, and may be examined at the following locations:

Complete digital sets of Bidding Documents, drawings and specifications, may be obtained online as a download at
www.tetratechaeplanroom.com 'public projects’ for a non-refundable fee of $49.00 (Forty Nine Dollars),
beginning November 29, 2019.
Hard copy of Bidding Documents, drawings and specifications, may be obtained from REV by emailing a copy of the executed deposit check to
projects@revplans.com and
TAE.RyeNeck@tetratech.com. Checks shall be made payable to Rye Neck Union Free School District in the sum of $100.00 (One Hundred Dollars) for each set of documents. Include in the email the company name, address, email address, phone number and interested contract. Once the scanned copy of the executed deposit check is received, Bidding Documents will be shipped. Mail checks to Lohrius Blueprint, 226 Newtown Road, Plainview, New York 11803. Plan deposit is refundable in accordance with the terms in the Instructions to Bidders to all submitting bids. Any bidder requiring documents to be shipped shall make arrangements with the printer and pay for all packaging and shipping costs (either by providing FedEX/UPS account number or being charged a flat rate by the printer).
