Stillwater, Saratoga County, New York, BIN2202750; PIN1761.78; D040249; Saratoga County
Bid No. 25-PWCCRAKBR-1
Contract will be awarded based upon the lowest qualified bid.
Contract Documents, including Invitation to Bidders, Instructions to Bidders, Wage Rates, Bid Documents,
Agreement, Special Notes, Specifications, Contract Drawings and any Addenda will only be available online.
Bid documents may be obtained from The Empire State Bid System on or after Thursday, January 09th, 2025
at no cost from the following website: https://www.bidnetdirect.com/new-york/saratoga-county.
Each bid must be accompanied by security in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the
bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. No bidder may withdraw
his bid within forty-five (45) days after the actual date of opening thereof.
The attention of Bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be
observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under this Contract.
Bids to be considered must be received in a sealed envelope at the office of Saratoga County Purchasing
Department, 50 West High Street, Ballston Spa, NY 12020 by 11:00 AM, local time, on January 30th, 2025
at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after the above noted time
will not be accepted. All sealed envelopes should be clearly labeled "BID FOR COON CROSSING ROAD
OVER ANTHONY KILL BRIDGE REPLACEMENT” The sealed bids shall include the completed Bid
Form, Non-Collusive Bidding Certification (as required by chapter 956 of the Laws of New York State), and
Bid Bond.
